BOOKING & DELIVERY POLICIES
Before you reserve a session.
Cash depositA cash deposit is required to reserve a confirmed booking. We will provide the amount in your personalized written quotation. After you accept the final quote, the cash deposit is credited toward the final package price and our receipt records the amount actually received.
CancellationYou may cancel at any time. If you cancel, the cash booking deposit is non-refundable, subject to applicable law and your written agreement.
ReschedulingYou can request a new date at any time, subject to availability. Contact inquiries@astrastudiosphotography.com or 347-669-5835.
Image deliveryYour edited images are delivered within the timeframe stated in the selected package, measured from your completed session unless a different schedule is agreed in writing.
Privacy & portfolio useSome images may be displayed in our portfolio only when the appropriate people have provided a separate written release. Agreeing to the booking terms alone does not grant publication permission.

How do I choose a package?
Each package describes its included participants, duration and digital photographs above. Tell us who is coming and we can help you find the right session.
When will I receive my photographs?
The current delivery estimate and number of edited digital photographs are listed with each package above.
Can you help me choose a location?
Absolutely. Select “Suggest me a location” when you send your inquiry and share the feeling you have in mind. We’ll discuss a location that suits your session.
What if I want a studio session?
Studio rental is not included in any package. Mention a studio in your inquiry and the rental cost will be quoted separately before you decide.
Does submitting the form book my session?
No. This is an inquiry only. Availability, the final details, and any separate studio rental are discussed before a booking is confirmed. There is no checkout or online payment.
